The marketplace will take place on the afternoon of 16 June and will feature a virtual fair with opportunities to speak directly with representatives of institutional stands. Through the virtual exhibition hall you'll be able to visit over a dozen stands, each displaying their own material for download, videos to watch, and contact information. Most importantly, you can join stand representatives in online meeting rooms to hear scheduled presentations and/or start up conversations with them during their open hours. One-to-one meetings with stand representatives may also be scheduled in advance. The booking period for this will open shortly—stay tuned!
A networking space allows registered participants to connect with each other ahead of— and during—the event. Once registered, you're free to build your personal profile as much as you want, contribute posts and comments to the community message board, and send private messages to other participants. Feel free to request meetings with other people, too!
These options are accessible from your personal space once you are registered for the event.
